Ms. Charlotte is an experienced teacher, TESOL trainers and also an assessor in language proficiency. She graduated with a major in English Language Arts and Translation – Interpretation. She also has an international TESOL certificate from TEFL College, Ireland. In 2012 she obtained a teaching and education management degree for top-management positions from the University of Queensland, Australia.
In terms of professional qualifications, she holds a position as the academic director of MEGT Education (Australia). In this position, she is in charge of designing training programs, teaching quality management, and provides training for the inhouse teaching staff and students with more than 40 teachers and 600 students attending the training courses.
Apart from managerial duties, she is also in charge of undertaking language proficiency assessment for students, especially she is the examiner for English proficiency exams such as IELTS, PTE, FCE and CAE. Ms Koscher always prioritizes her students’ learning experience and motivation to help them use English to serve study and work in the most effective ways. Moving to Vietnam, Charlotte is currently collaborating with English centers and universities to provide language training for Vietnamese students.
