Dr. Bui Thi Thuc Quyen

Ms. Bui Thi Thuc Quyen holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy. Ho Chi Minh City, a master’s degree in English Language Teaching from the University of California, Fullerton, USA, and she completed her doctorate in English Language Teaching at Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand. She holds a postgraduate diploma in English Language Teaching at the SEAMEO Language Center in Singapore (RELC) and certificates in English Language Teaching, English Teaching Methods and Academic Testing according to the Scheme 2020 of Educational Testing Service – ETS and Cengage.
Having taught English and trained teachers for more than 20 years, Ms. Thuc Quyen has an extensive experience in teaching English for Vietnamese and international students, specialized and non-specialized students at various levels and programs both in Vietnam and abroad.
Apart from being a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, she is a member of the executive committee of HCM Association of Teaching English, member of the faculty and graduation thesis committee of graduate programs specializing in English Language Teaching and English Language at HCMC Open University and University of Social Sciences and Humanities.She also participates in the Project 2020 as an English Language Teaching Specialist for English teachers at all levels, joining in training and managing English teachers in programs of English Centers in Ho Chi Minh City.
